If banana bread had a publicist, this would be their time.

No seriously, see here (4th slide).

We all have an abundance of banana bread right now, and I don’t know about y’all, but I’m a bonafide banana bread snob. So after Day 2, I know it’s no longer as fresh and I’m probably not eating it. I knowwww, but I’m not sorry. We all have to have boundaries.

So what to do with the rest of it? Well, let’s just say I have you covered.

Introducing one of my favorite posts of all time: Banana Bread Five Ways. The answer to your question of what to do with the final third of banana bread. I tested these recipes out over a five day span, and only used ONE loaf of banana bread for all of it. Since banana bread will dry out over time, I highly recommend trying out the layered toast and French toast in the early days of your loaf. The others can be enjoyed on any of the first five days of the banana bread’s lifespan.

This list is full of sweet, savory, crunchy, decadent, over-the-top and just right flavors. Your banana bread will be crumbled, cubed, rolled, and sliced. A lot like your 2020 plans.

All that to say, this list is truly… bananas.
